SHIPPING INFORMATION

Shipping can vary based on a number of factors such as total weight, dimensions & destination. You can find final shipping costs on the cart and checkout pages by using our shipping calculator. It will show you estimated costs for ground, 2^nd day air and next day air shipping options. For bulk purchases, contact us directly.

There is free shipping on all orders $499 and above. 

Orders may be shipped via FedEx or another carrier; but you will never be charged any more than the shipping estimates in your cart.

If your shipment is oversize or heavy weight, DC Cargo Mall will ship via an LTL carrier unless you specify otherwise. Customer pickups are welcome but it is the driver’s responsibility to secure the load.

All orders ship within 1-2 business days; a full 90% of orders are shipped within 24 hours. Custom orders may take longer; ask for a time schedule when purchasing.

At DC Cargo Mall, we stand behind our products with a 90 day "no questions asked" return policy. If you are not absolutely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the items for a full refund, with free return shipping. Simply contact customer service.
