These slot protectors are 2-3⁄4" long and 1-1⁄4" wide and are made of a hard, durable plastic. To be mounted into the E-Track slots, they generally need to be banged in with a hammer. To be removed, they need a Phillips or other screwdriver to pick up the edges and pull them out. Due to the equipment used in mounting and removal, these slot protectors can only be reused a few times so buy in bulk and always be prepared to maintain your E track.
